Throughout Austria, children and parents are stepping into action for child-friendly cities during the Kidical Mass. The “Radkrone” explains why there is a demonstration, what the requirements are and how you can participate.
The Kidical Mass is much more than a big, organized ride for children and parents who are enthusiastic about cycling. “We want to show that cycling can be fun if the safety and preconditions are right”, says Christoph Zettinig of Radlobby: “At Kidical Mass we offer children and their parents the opportunity to take up space in the city. Because our neighborhoods and cities should not only be made for the car, but above all child and bicycle friendly.”
