A dispute between two young men in an apartment in Vienna-Liesing escalated on Sunday. Neither of the two fighters wanted to pay for the previously consumed drug. The perpetrator inflicted a cut on the 25-year-old’s hand.
A 25-year-old Austrian and his 20-year-old friend used drugs in an apartment around 1:15 p.m. on Sunday. A heated argument ensued as they could not agree on the cost of the drug. The 20-year-old then made a deep cut on the 25-year-old’s hand with a knife and asked him to give him money for the drug.
Murder weapon secured
The alerted police officers from the Purkytgasse police station arrested the perpetrator in the apartment and secured the knife. The 20-year-old was then taken to a prison. The injured man was taken to hospital where his cut was treated.
