The dispute over a dumpling completely escalated last Saturday in Louisville, Kentucky. A man was shot in the butt for eating the last bit of a dumpling.
According to police, Clifton E. Williams shot his roommate in the buttocks after the man ate the last piece of a snack called “Hot Pockets.” The 64-year-old suspect initially threw tiles at the alleged dumpling thief. As the man tried to flee, Williams fired a bullet.
The victim managed to escape, passers-by on the street came to the man’s aid and took pity on him. Fortunately, the man was not seriously injured.
The alleged perpetrator is charged with assault, he is not allowed to have contact with his roommate. Williams must appear in court again at the end of May.
