During a routine check of driver and vehicle on Saturday around 10:40 am, police officers in Wels asked the 33-year-old driver for his documents. The man, a North Macedonian living in Wels, presented officials with the registration certificate of the car registered to him. However, he did not have a driver’s license.

The Macedonian eventually admitted to police officers that he had never had a driver’s license and had driven constantly without a license for the past 16 years. He is now filing a report and has to take into account a hefty fine.
