Homer in Submersible – Did The Simpsons Predict Disaster?

Date:

They’ve apparently done it again: In a Season 17 episode of The Simpsons, Homer Simpson drives a submarine to a sunken ship and gets stuck. He gets out of breath. Fans of the series are sure that the iconic cartoon characters have once again provided an event…

There have been frightening similarities between “Simpsons” episodes and reality in the past. The creators of the series would have predicted Donald Trump’s presidency from 2016. In the 2000 episode “Bart Into the Future”, Lisa Simpson is elected the first female U.S. president. She is taking over the country that was ruled by ex-President Donald Trump. Trump’s re-candidacy for the 2024 presidential election also appeared in a 2015 episode. In one episode, Homer Simpson can be seen hovering in mid-air with a campaign sign reading “Trump 2024” at the bottom of the image.

Homer takes submarine to sunken ship…
Fans are also now confident that they have discovered parallels with a “Simpsons” episode featuring the missing “Titan” submarine. In the 10th episode of the 17th season of the Fox production, Homer Simpson dives to the bottom of the sea in a mini submarine only to land on a sunken ship. He gets stuck in a coral and gasps for air. The oxygen meter flashes to warn it of loss. Homer passes out and wakes up three days later in a clinic with no memory of what happened. The whole world hopes for a similar miracle for the occupants of the “Titan”…
