On Sunday afternoon, a 21-year-old driver drove on the L73 from Dünserberg towards Übersaxen. Suddenly a deer jumped onto the road, the woman slammed on the brakes, causing the car to skid to the left, over the shoulder and fall down a steep embankment.
Blessing in disguise
The car overturned and came to rest only against a tree. Miraculously, the 21-year-old was able to free herself from the wreckage; she had suffered no injuries.
