In Elisabethvorstadt (Salzburg) a 28-year-old was arrested on Sunday for threatening a man. A police inspection revealed that he was actually in prison in Puch and has been released from prison.
Police were called to a bar in Salzburg’s Elisabethvorstadt this afternoon because a man there had “repeatedly threatened” another, the police reported in a broadcast. The officials took the 28-year-old Afghan to the police station at the station. There he behaved very aggressively and reacted with resistance to the officers’ attempts to calm him down.
The prisoner had an exit
When the police cleared up the identity of the 28-year-old Afghan, it turned out that he was a prisoner in Puch-Urstein Prison and that he had been released from prison.
He came right back there. He is also threatened with a charge of defiance of state authority.
