Unknown vandals recently attacked a sports car in Telfs, Tyrol (Innsbruck-Land district). The perpetrators poured vinegar through the open skylight, which not only caused a pungent odor but also caused enormous damage.
According to the police, the vandalism action probably took place last Saturday between 3:10 PM and 3:20 PM. The sports car was parked in the underground parking garage of a supermarket. Investigators said Monday that unknown people then poured a “large amount” of vinegar into the vehicle’s interior through the open skylight.
Among other things, chairs damaged
When the owner returned to his car, a nasty surprise awaited him. He now not only has to have his speedster extensively cleaned, but also partially replace the interior. The seats, among other things, were damaged.
The detective hopes for information from witnesses
The exact extent of the damage cannot yet be quantified. Currently there is no trace of the vandals. The police are now hoping for possible witnesses.
