Police in East Tyrol are currently dealing with a strange accident: a 29-year-old woman was hit in the head by a beer bank during an event in Lienz and then collapsed unconscious. Three boys had carried the bench through the crowd above their heads and dropped it. The researchers are now looking for the young people.
According to police, the serious incident took place on Sunday evening on the main square in Lienz. “Three previously unknown young boys went there with one during an event Beer bench, which they held above their heads, through the crowd. Woman unconscious – companion provided first aid
The local woman immediately collapsed unconscious. A friend immediately provided first aid. The emergency services who were alerted eventually took the woman to the Lienz district hospital.
Boys or witnesses must report to the police
It is unclear whether the three boys even noticed the accident. In any case, they left the scene of the incident. So far they have not been investigated.
