Among the affected hospitals is the Turkish-Palestinian Friendship Hospital, the only one in Gaza that treats cancer patients, which no longer works because it has run out of fuel and has now suffered damage from Israeli attacks.

According to data updated today by the Ministry of Health in Gaza 9,061 people have died, including 3,760 minors.

The opening of Rafah also prompted nearly 400 people with foreign passports to cross the border linking the Strip with Egypt. Among these people, two are said to be of Spanish nationality: one from Doctors Without Borders (MSF) and another from the Office of the UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Process (UNSCO).

Today, the passage will be reopened for the second day in a row to carry out this evacuation.
