The one-year-old boy reached a hall in Gmunden through a shop gate on Thursday afternoon. The dog owner (61) was doing work in the hall at the time and took her four-legged boarder collie with her. Then the dog snapped.
The exact process is unclear
It is still unclear whether it was a bite or a playful bite. After the boy cried out, the adults noticed a small wound on his arm.
