In terms of prices, Gipuzkoa (3,570 euros/m2), Bizkaia (2,969 euros/m2) and Álava (2,432 euros/m2) occupy third, fifth and seventh places in the ranking of the most expensive provinces in Spain in December 2023. .

As for the Basque capitals, they all grew over the past month, as Bilbao (2.63%) showed the fourth largest national recovery. Compared to December 2022, all Basque capitals have grown. San Sebastián (11.89%) showed the eleventh most pronounced increase in the state.

At 6,354 euros per square meter in December 2023, Donostia-San Sebastián was the most expensive provincial capital in Spain. Bilbao (3,762 euros/m2) finished in fifth place and Vitoria-Gasteiz (2,716 euros/m2) in ninth place.
