AfD politicians maintain contact with former Bundestag member Birgit Malsack-Winkemann, who is in prison for plotting a coup. Three MPs, including Jürgen Pohl, have a permanent permit to visit the lawyer.
This is evident from research by ‘Stern’ and RTL. “The group leadership is aware of contacts that were of a personal nature and not related to the group’s work,” an AfD spokesperson confirmed the reports. “After more than a year in custody, wouldn’t you be happy if a third party came to visit you?” said MP Jürgen Pohl. He is mentioned by name in a report as a visitor to Malsack-Winkemann in Berlin’s Lichtenberg correctional facility.
Overthrow of the political system planned
Malsack-Winkemann was murdered in December 2022 along with 24 other people around entrepreneur Heinrich XIII. Prince Reuss arrested on suspicion of terrorism (see video above). The suspects are accused of wanting to overthrow the political system in Germany. It is also said that they accepted deaths in the process. Previously, research was done in the Reichsbürger scene.
Henry Malsack-Winkemann would have joined the association in 2021, according to the complaint. She is said to have smuggled several people from the group into parliament and explored the buildings. Even after she left the Bundestag in the autumn of 2021, she continued to provide the group with information, it was said.
Right-wing extremist meetings damage the party

The almost 2,300 respondents were divided about a possible AfD ban. 45 percent support a ban, 43 percent reject it.
