A prisoner (27) did not return to his cell in Vienna-Donaustadt after Tuesday’s release. Instead, he threatened to kill his ex-girlfriend on social media. When the police tracked him down, he tried to escape again.
Fortunately, the officers were able to find the prisoner on the street around 10 a.m. But when the 27-year-old discovered the officers, he vehemently resisted arrest and tried to escape again.
No injuries
Only after a targeted warning shot from the police did he stop fleeing and allow himself to be arrested. He was then taken to a prison. No one was injured in the incident.
