A collision between a car and a pedestrian in a parking lot on Spielbergstrasse in Fieberbrunn caused a commotion around 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday. A previously unknown motorist struck a 42-year-old local woman while pulling out of a parking lot.
The woman was seriously injured as a result of the collision. The driver left the scene of the accident without stopping and drove away. After receiving first aid, the pedestrian was taken to the St. Johann in Tirol district hospital. “With the help of witnesses, the driver of the accident was ultimately identified,” police said.
