On Tuesday afternoon, a parked car rolled about 60 meters across a sloping parking lot in Birkfeld (Weiz district). One woman was injured and three vehicles were damaged.
At around 4:30 p.m., a 24-year-old parked her car in the parking lot of a car dealer in Birkfeld and then entered the car dealer’s showroom. Shortly afterwards, the woman heard a loud bang and noticed that her car had crashed into two other vehicles parked in front of a drugstore.

A 26-year-old woman who was about to put her groceries in her car was trapped between her car and another parked car as a result of the collision. The woman was able to free herself from the predicament and went to a hospital for further medical examination.
According to her own statements, the 24-year-old may not have properly secured her car in the slightly sloping parking lot.
