On Tuesday evening, the police in Vienna-Penzing were alerted after a violent argument broke out in the street between two men (42, 44).
The argument between the two escalated around 10:35 p.m. when the 44-year-old hit the 42-year-old with the lock of his own e-scooter. According to police, he suffered injuries to his head, arm and shoulder.
Temporary arrest
However, during the attack with the lock he also hit his own head and injured himself. He was temporarily arrested by officers and is currently in pre-trial detention. The lock was also seized as a murder weapon. The 42-year-old was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
