The police were alerted on Wednesday because a father (56) and his 20-year-old son allegedly insulted and hit a 29-year-old in Vienna-Liesing. The operation ended with five injuries, four of whom were officers.
Father and son apparently gave up all self-control on Wednesday afternoon: firstly, the two Austrians allegedly attacked and insulted the victim in Perfectastrasse for unknown reasons. One of the two then allegedly attacked the man with a punch.
Swastikas and SS runes discovered
After arriving on the scene, their aggression then turned against the police who intervened. In addition, the two Austrians had, among other things, attached swastikas and SS runes to their mobile home – which was parked at the crime scene, the director reported on Thursday.
Weapons hidden in camper
While the officers wanted to clarify what the argument was about, the father attacked a police officer and fought the arrest with all his might, supported by his child. The camper’s license plate was no longer valid and it contained CO2 and compressed air weapons and knives.
Father was arrested
While the younger man was released, the 56-year-old was taken to a prison. Four police officers were injured during the operation, as well as the 29-year-old.
