A Pole was drunk and riding a stolen motorcycle in the center of Innsbruck on Saturday evening. The 33-year-old suspect was chased by police after he ignored stop signs. Finally he was stopped.
Due to several traffic violations, the 33-year-old was the target of a police patrol on Museumstrasse in Innsbruck. The officers wanted to remove the motorcyclist from traffic. But he clearly didn’t want to be checked and ignored all stop signs.
Motorcycle stolen during burglary
The motorcyclist wanted to get away. The patrol gave chase and was eventually able to stop him on Ing Etzel-Straße. The check revealed that the motorcycle used had been stolen during a burglary in Innsbruck.
