In the aggressor state of Russia, a returning Wagner mercenary again causes horror. As is so often the case in the warring country, the ex-convict continued killing without any qualms after his pardon.
It took a long time to ring and knock. When the front door finally opened, the man in the apartment – 42-year-old Alexei S. – could not explain where the suitcase containing human remains came from, news portal Fontanka reports. But it was immediately clear from which window another suitcase with body parts had been thrown.
Alexej S. initially pretended to be ignorant, but later made a confession, the story continues. The man was arrested on Sunday evening. The terrible act is said to have taken place in the village of Nikolskoye, near the northern metropolis of Saint Petersburg. A 20-year-old had previously reported her mother missing. Alexej S. described that he had cut the woman into pieces with a saw because of an argument. To hide the body parts, he bought a suitcase with wheels.
Back in society without therapy
According to ‘Fontanka’, Alexei S. was sentenced to twelve years in prison for murder in 2018. At the end of 2022, he was recruited for military service in the penal colony in Ukraine and returned to Russia last summer.
Ex-military personnel are making the largest country in the world increasingly unsafe. It was only at the end of March that a forgiven Wagner mercenary stabbed his roommate in the capital Moscow and cut off her ear. He then called the police himself.
