Hamas says there will be “no ceasefire agreement if Israeli aggression in Rafah continues”

The new round of talks to reach a comprehensive ceasefire in the Gaza Strip has begun in Cairo with the participation of delegations from Egypt, Qatar, the United States, Hamas and Israel.
