Two detectives from the city command of Linz conducted a foot patrol through the old town of Linz on Friday evening. Immediately in front of a bar on Hofgasse, they were suddenly approached by a 16-year-old from Linz, asking if they wanted to buy “coke”.
White powder in sachet
The officials immediately identified themselves as such and searched the young people. They found four clamp bags containing a white powder. During his interrogation, the 16-year-old stated that he wanted to make a joke, that the contents were only paracetamol and that his friends had persuaded him to take this courage test.
blackmail buyers
The intent was to talk to a stranger and fake a drug deal, then threaten the person with the police. The four clamp bags were secured and checked. The 16-year-old filed a report with the public prosecutor.
