Major fire brigade action on Sunday evening in the middle of Linz. A fire broke out on a terrace in Holzstrasse and the flames spread to the roof construction. No one was injured in the fire.
For reasons that are still unclear, there was a fire in an attic apartment in Linz around 7 p.m. on Sunday. The fire started near the balcony, which residents say was a chain of LED lights and two ashtrays filled with cigarettes, after the residents, a 33-year-old and a 34-year-old, left the apartment around 5:20 p.m.

During the extinguishing work, all residents had to leave the house on Holzstraße. Fortunately, no one was injured and the tenants were able to return to their apartments after the fire work was completed. Today an expert from the fire brigade is called in to clarify the cause of the fire.
