The explosion took place at the Hohenzollernring. According to the police, the incident took place in the entrance area of a restaurant and the hair salon. There are also offices in the building. At the entrance, ceiling tiles fell down and windows shattered. A cleaner was injured and is in hospital. According to the police, the injuries are serious.
The police wrote on X: “The Hohenzollernring is closed between Rudolfplatz and Friesenplatz.” The area should be avoided. There are no further details yet.
