About 80 percent of all the information we process in the brain is absorbed through our eyes: “They are therefore one of our most important senses,” says eye trainer and coach Martina Reiterer. “The constant exposure to screens, artificial light and stress can quickly make our eyes tired. According to an American study, just two hours a day in front of a screen is enough to cause long-term damage to the eyes.”
