Another bloody act has taken place in an Italian hospital. A man described as mentally ill, who had previously been seen brandishing knives in the streets of Cittadella near Padua, fled to a hospital and attacked four people.
The emergency services, alerted by passers-by, arrived when the man had already entered the hospital and threatened people and attacked the medical staff. The perpetrator then also attacked the emergency services deployed. A total of four people were injured.
