Both Musk, who donated more than $118 million Trump’s campaign, like Ramaswamy, has advocated cuts in the federal government, which could include staff cuts.
In a statement shared on his social networks, Musk expressed his enthusiasm for leading this new body, in which he will work with Ramaswamy to “dismantle bureaucracy”, “reduce regulation” and eliminate of ‘waste’ in government expenditure. This designation is, in Musk’s own words, intended “shake the system”.
