Dramatic scenes occurred in Grossarl on Saturday under winter driving conditions: a car with a trailer skidded and ended up in a garden. A truck was also in danger of overturning.
The onset of winter created difficult conditions on the roads in Grossarl: the driver of a car, driving a cattle truck, lost control of his car in the morning and slid across a meadow towards the valley. The last stop was alone in the garden of a house. No one was injured. Nothing is known about the condition of the cow. A tractor had to be called for rescue.
At the same time, a truck full of food threatened to crash in the Ellmautal. A tree slowed down the truck, which had to be secured with a winch and rescued by the fire brigade using a crane.
