A 31-year-old man has been arrested in London for attempted murder after running over four people with his car in the popular trendy area of Soho.
“Four pedestrians have been taken to hospital, but one person’s life is still in danger,” police in the British capital said. “It is believed the suspect was involved in an altercation at a nightclub before getting into his car and driving onto the pavement,” Deputy Assistant Commissioner Stuart Cundy said on Christmas Day.
The police rule out a terrorist background
This is an isolated case and not terrorism. The police called on witnesses to come forward. There is currently no information on the age and gender of the victims.
