A heavy thunderstorm already caused damage and mudslides in the Lungau on Tuesday evening. Especially in Ramingstein there were several mudslides. The fire brigade had their hands full with the clean-up work. During the storm, a fire truck of the Ramingstein Fire Department crashed. According to initial information, six people may have been injured. Two of those affected are said to have been seriously injured.
The district’s fire brigades were last deployed with about 350 emergency services.
