The triple coalition that will be sworn on Monday announces more measures against right -wing extremism and is planning a national action plan. This ensures, among other things, more monitoring of potential dangers.

Drei Coalition Plans Nut for right -wing extremism
The new government of ÖVP, Spö and Neos is planning to develop a national action plan against right -wing extremism. The government program also mentions the dedication to publish an extremist report of law every year.
Only a few weeks ago the report was published by the Ministry of the Interior and Justice and the Documentation Archives of the Austrian Resistance (Döw). The FPö found itself prominent, which then attacked the Döw. The monitoring of Trade Fair Services must also come. “Right -wing extremism is a specific problem. To meet him, specific solutions are needed, “says Andreas Krane Bitter, scientific director of the documentation archive of Austrian resistance. He is pleased that the new government takes the problem seriously and is clear to continue the right extremism report in its program.
However, this can only be one of the many measures to combat the right extremism, Kraneblitter continues. The measures suggested by the DöW range from educational programs to strengthen democracy and an even more detailed monitoring of extremism of the right right to new offers for dropouts and drop -outs and the support of victims of right -wing extremism to campaigns against the internet.
Crane Bitter demands effective strategies against right -wing extremism at different levels that tackle broad target groups. Döw welcomes the government project of the Triple Coalition and offers its support “from planning to implementation”.
“In addition to the dramatic increase in the judge’s extremists, the accumulation of weapons in the scene also shows how important determined action is,” emphasized Schatz, who has requested the number of right -wing extremists since 2017 every six months. “Fighting the right extremism remains one of the biggest challenges of our time.”
