The regulations apply from now on and until it has rained sufficiently that the forest fire risk is prohibited. Anyone who violates this – ie a fire or a cigarette in the forest and the surrounding area – can be prosecuted with a fine of up to 7270 euros. Alternatively, a replacement prison sentence of a maximum of four weeks is possible.
