It all started when a patrol of the police inspection of Hermann-Bahr-Straße noticed a car that is far too fast in the area of Illgasse. The officials tried to stop the steering wheel – but this immediately pressed the gas! A police officer had to take a pike in safety in order not to be admitted. Then the driver ran over Seyinger Strasse, was overtaken several times and even ignored a red traffic light.
A car, two drivers, two escapes
When the vehicle finally stopped, the passenger was sitting on the driver’s seat and took the escape by car while the other man was looking for the width! But that is not all: on his razed journey, the second steering wheel touched a police officer. But the wild persecution soon took an abrupt end: a backlog forced the suspects to stop. The collision with the freight police vehicles took place. The 19-year-old also tried to escape on foot, but he was completely out. He defended himself against the officials. Two police officers were injured and had to cancel their service.

While the 19-year-old landed in police detention, the second suspect (18) initially fled. But his freedom did not last for a long time: researchers felt him in his apartment in Floridsdorf and arrested him.
