Meeting with a winter sports hero in Vienna Heldplatz. Anna Gasser spoke in the Catcher car des Wings for Life World Run, which she will check again on 4 May on the flagship of Run, about the lack of a bit of luck at the World Cup in Switzerland, the last great highlight of her career and her status as a “Snowboardma”.
“Krone”: You just come from the Snowboard World Cup in Switzerland, where you took sixth place in large air after the best leap of the entire competition and two waterfalls. What is your conclusion?
Anna Gasser: You just need happiness. In top class sport, everything must go together for the coin. Small things have led to the fact that this time not everything fit together. I am still satisfied because nothing happened to me and I came home healthy.
