In the case of a frontal collision of two cars on Thursday morning near Bad Miterndorf in the Liezen District (Styria), both vehicle drivers were injured. The cause of the accident is still the subject of the investigation.
Around 4.40 a 26-year-old from the Liezen District on the B 145 in Klachau was in the direction of Bad Miterndorf on the B 145. After the first aid, the young woman was flown to the UKH Salzburg with serious injuries by the C 14 Rescue Helicopter. An alkotest performed by the man was negative. Due to the serious injuries, an alcohol test was not possible with the 26-year-old. The B 145 was completely closed at the location of the accident until 6.30 am.
