The plans for a large prayer complex in southern Graz now also cause criticism of the Styrian Building Act, the call for reforms – and a ban on minarets – is loud. A third mosque can also be realized in the styric capital. The individual entrances for men and women are still an obstacle.
In Grazer Gmeintraße, the “Association of Bosniaken Styria” wants to build a large mosque with a minaret and prayer house for at least 600 visitors. The project has already been submitted to the city and there will then be a construction negotiation, in which residents also have a say.
