In the night of Saturday there was a dispute between a Moroccan (44) and a Tunisian (45) in an underpass in Innsbruck. The 44-year-old brought out a knife and stuck in the direction of his opponent’s neck. The Moroccan was arrested. He is now being investigated for attempted murder.
Around 1 o’clock in the middle of the night, four men met each other in the underpass between Etzel-Straße and Dreiligenstraße. Two of the men hit a fight. A 44-year-old Moroccan suddenly had a folding knife in his hand and thus put a 45-year-old Tunisian in the left hand. “Immediately afterwards, the attacker carried out an apparently targeted stab movement against the neck of his counterpart,” said the police.
Moroccans snarled immediately
The Moroccan fled to Dreiligigentstrasse and was prosecuted by the injured. “A police patrol was stopped by the wounded party and aware of the facts, so that the 44-year-old could be arrested later,” said the executive.
Low amount of cocaine discovered
In the course of his search, a fake banknote and a small amount of cocaine could be guaranteed. “Further studies are underway”, the emphasis on the researchers. It is due to a happy coincidence that the wounded party – especially when the neck is soaked – only hits a cut.
