Already on Saturday the “Krone” reported about Roma, who had opened her camp in Graz-Puntigam. In the night of Sunday, a green area in the water protection area in Weinzödl (District Andritz) was now the parking lot of countless caravans. The police are powerless.
On Friday, Roma opened her camp on a piece of land in Graz-Puntigam without permission. Already on Saturday evening it was reported that they continued and left the building. On Sunday afternoon, the “Styrian Crown” reached new photos of a caravan camp in Weinzödl in the north of the city, which was once again opened on a private property without permission.
Concern for protected areas
This camp was built on a house of the Holding Graz on Saturday evening. It is located in the water protection area and next to the Weinzödl Bird Sanctuary. The area, which is located west of the GAK training center, is actually dedicated as a sports area. In the coming days, an urban fountain of the Graz -Water industry must be built here.
“I could see myself how people in the meadow and on the Murböwung did their emergency in the bird reserve,” says a resident. After just one night, waste is spread in the meadow.
The police are powerless
The police know the incident, but cannot do anything about it: “The subject is of course known to us, but this is about civil law. We can only intervene if there are criminal reports, for example a complaint about noise,” the police said. A process for entering entering is therefore only possible if access to the property is clearly obtained.
