A terrible car-frontal collision in Fuschl am See (Salzburg) called for a dead and two seriously injured. Even Fuschl’s local fire brigade commander Peter Radauer was shocked: “We rarely have such huge accidents with us.”
The emergency services offered terrible photos on Saturday afternoon in Fuschl. A 51-year-old family man from Germany did not survive a serious accident on the B158, his son (17) and the driver of the approaching vehicle were seriously injured by two helicopters to the hospital.
The 20-year-old son of the deceased was somewhat injured and was taken care of by the Redding-de “Kroon” reported.
Even Fuschl’s fire brigade commander Peter Radauer was shocked: “Accidents always happen to us. But not often so violent.” According to the alarm message, one of the accident vehicles has automatically informed the emergency services-a premiere in Fuschl: “The road is well driven. If something happens, calls witnesses always very quickly. But such car sensors can save lives,” explains Radauer.
According to the Red Cross, the fact that two helicopters were immediately available was a happy coincidence.
