The case caused national indignation: at the beginning of April the Linz Kepler University Hospital rejected a homeless woman who was reportedly raped brutally. The police investigations have now been temporarily recovered.
The mentally unstable 45-year-old went to Linz Kepler University Hospital (KUK) in the morning after the incident in the night of 4 April to Linz Kepler University Hospital (Kuk) with two social workers, but, as reported, was sent away because the hospital had no recording that day.
The homeless person then rejected further help and also refused an advertisement. So far, nothing has changed, which has now led to a preliminary investigation. If the victim is still ready for a statement, the police would work again.
Violence is built
The procedure in the Kepler University Hospital was sharply criticized by the responsible persons of all parties and called again to be loud after a wealth of violence. At the beginning of this week it became known that now they had to be established in the Linz hospital.
