The analysis of a real estate platform provides insight into the land register. In 2024 the city of Linz was in second place on the national objects, but the Rohrbach district (Upper Austria) landed in last place. The “Kroon” knows where the most expensive houses have changed their owners the previous year.
With 1071 homes that are sold, the city of Linz is in second place nationwide. Only twice as many objects did the owner change to Graz. In contrast to Styria, Upper Austria is twice represented in the top ten of the analysis, because the Linz-Land district achieved tenth place with 849 transactions. However, the country can also be at the forefront of another rating: in the Rohrbach district the least residential areas were sold nationally. The neighboring district of Schärding ended up in fifth place.
