In one case it was out of luck, in the other the circumstances were probably exposed. The Viennese police have secured a considerable amount of cannabis and various plants in two apartments on Tuesday. Three suspects can already be caught, but not everyone wants to have something with drugs.
Water damage in the first drug apartment should put the police on the right track on Tuesday. The officials entered the rooms in Hietzing and discovered no fewer than 120 cannabis plants and almost six kilograms already packaged “grass”. The research then started in full swing – with success. Because, thanks to proof protection, three suspects were quickly identified. A few brothers-31 and 29 years old and a 25-year-old, all three Italians.
Arrest in Penzing, continue searching in Meidling
The trio can be arrested in an apartment in the Penzing District. But the researchers had not yet reached the end of their surveys. They led them even further in the Meidling district.
There, the terrible electricity consumption in an apartment should betray the researchers. It soon became clear what a lot of energy needed: 64 marijuana plants were found. Another kilo of cannabis herb was also guaranteed. Moreover, the total money of 3140 euros was found.
Two confessions
In the course of the survey, the 31-year-old suspect gave the researchers pure wine and stated that they had had surgery for deals and plantations in various apartments with cannabis for years. The 25-year-old admitted that he was responsible for the plantation in Hietzinger’s apartment. Only the 29-year-old denied fierce with trade and cultivation.
The two well-known suspects were transferred to a judiciary, the 29-year-old was shown and released.
