Luka Krizanac lost hands and feet due to blood poisoning. At the age of twelve, a non -treated inflammation caused sepsis and multi -organization failure that almost cost him life. His hands and feet had to be amputated.
For years, Krizanac had to go through life – until he and his family met the transplantation program of the clinic in Philadelphia nine years ago, where he finally got two donor hands.
