The industrial group dedicated to the production and sale of explosives has a factory in Galdakao and was cited by the President of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelensky, as one of the Spanish companies still “doing business with Russia.”
Maxam, an industrial group dedicated to the production and sale of explosives with a factory in Galdakao, has been silent and withdrawn from its website more than 12 hours after the President of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelensky, cited it as one of the companies in Spain that is still active in Russia
In addition to Maxam, Zelenski alluded to Porcelanosa and the National Association of Capital Goods Manufacturers (Sercobe), which have denied that they currently have commercial activities in Russia.
However, Maxam has not denied the Ukrainian president’s claims, nor has he made a public statement.
