The energy company’s General Director of Commercialization, Carlos Vecino, pointed to the company’s commitment to consumers in a context as changing as the current one, for which it is trying to “facilitate the procedures and help them in everything we can” . “Our goal is to make everything a little bit easier for families and for our customers,” he said.

The communities interested in contracting the TUR must meet only three conditions: be aware of the payment of the economic obligations incurred with their current marketer; have individual heat meters in homes dated September 30, 2023; and have carried out the energy efficiency inspection with a positive result.

This measure has been reinforced in recent weeks by the group of the various customer service channels with the aim of meeting the sharply increased requests for contracting the TUR for gas in homes.
