He describes to the “Krone” as a result of which the business idea of ​​the Weinviertel region ended after just under a year.

It is almost impossible to get more regional and more environmentally friendly: farmer Wolfgang Hackl’s project was literally animal and climate friendly. A 16,000 square meter turkey farm in Atzelsdorf in the Weinviertel should reduce the share of imported poultry meat of questionable origin from abroad. Financially everything was fine, photovoltaic solar energy on the roof together with a wood-fired block heating system also made the system energy self-sufficient.
