A short business trip has messed up Michael Hurnaus’ agenda. Appointments are brought forward so that the tractive director can catch a flight. He doesn’t mind the crowds when he takes a seat with his management colleague Wolfgang Reisinger in the conference room called “Husky”. A year ago, the manufacturer of GPS trackers for dogs and cats moved into its new headquarters in Pasching. On July 1, it is the first anniversary of the introduction of the four-day working week: since then, employees work 35 hours instead of 38.5 hours – with pay.
