“We are working hard to fix the error and apologize for any inconvenience,” the Sparkasse website says.
Users complained that there were problems mainly in the app. However, some users have already reported being able to use them again. The website still says there is a problem.
“We are working intensively on troubleshooting and will contact you as soon as George is ready for action again. We apologize for any inconvenience,” the company said via Twitter shortly before 10 a.m.
