Viktor Wagner is not an entrepreneur like many others: he runs the family business as a young boy (and is 77 years old himself), managing 3,300 employees in Austria and five Eastern European countries. He started with a small cleaning company, today he is also a partner of global companies with technical solutions (“facility management”). Spitting on your hands instead of grunting, as the economy changes, its operations must also constantly change.
