In the agriculture, forestry, timber and energy industries, everyone is talking about artificial intelligence (AI), technological assistance, robots and other gadgets aimed at making work in these industries easier. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will find answers to exactly these questions at PANORAMA23, the first digitalization festival for the agriculture, forestry, timber and energy industries. From November 22 to 24, everyone who has always wondered how to simplify daily work steps through digitalization will come together – with free admission.

True to the motto: “What did you think?” Here you can personally exchange ideas and try things out. For example, you can discover from the Montanuniversität Leoben how they, together with farmers, have promoted the production of clean energy through solar systems. In these companies the water is now mainly irrigated with the sun. Or have you ever thought about compensating for the current labor shortage with so-called ‘cobots’, or collaborative robots? Does that sound impractical or like science fiction? Then listen to what the employees of the Wood K plus wood competence center and many other experienced local residents tell you interesting things.
